Custom Design
We offer CAD/CAM (computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing) custom jewelry design services for any jewelry. With this service, we can design whatever detail you desire to achieve the end result you want.
Handmade jewelry and custom lost-wax casting are also available based on your design requests. Using a variety of diamonds and colored gemstones, we create jewelry that is unique and elegant.
There will be a $200 upfront design fee for any design we create for the customer. This fee is for the time of the designer to sit with the customer and create a custom piece of jewelry. The fee is 100% creditable towards the custom piece of jewelry for the customer. If the customer decides not to have the piece made for them, then the customer forfeits the fee. The deposit is only usable for 6 months from date of initial payment, after the 6 months the deposit is forfeited.
Engraving
Personalize the jewelry and other gifts you buy with engraving. Anything that is cylindrical can be engraved because our system is rotary instead of flat. Additionally, we can engrave smaller items that are typically harder to set up due to our special holders.
We will engrave pendants, rings (including their insides), plaques, and baby cups! Popular choices for personalized engraving includes logos and picture files onto metal objects.
Repairs
We do both major and minor jewelry work on site, so you never have to worry about a third-party handling your pieces. Additionally, we offer fast service. Many projects can be done by the next day if not the same day. Our array of jewelry repair services includes:

Appraisals
We appraise all kinds of jewelry. All from diamonds, gemstones, watches, and much more. If you haven’t had your jewelry appraised in the past 5 years, we recommend you have it documented. Most appraisals are done for the purpose of obtaining insurance coverage in the case of loss, damage or theft.
Restore your Watches
We can replace batteries, bands, crystals, crowns, stems, and clasps in addition to making repairs for quartz movements. We also replace the movements in Japanese and Swiss watches.
As with our jewelry repairs, watch services are performed in-house and can be done in minutes. To restore the accuracy of your watches, we replace their batteries with Energizer and Renata batteries.
