Keep all your jewelry away from any dirt and chemicals. Remove your jewelry for any activities that could cause damage and store it in a safe place.
Be sure to clean your jewelry with a soft cloth.
Once you have placed your order, we can not modify or cancel your order.
You will need to return the item as soon as you have received it.
When you have made an order, you will receive an email confirmation to your email address.
In the email there will be information on what you have ordered with your shipping and tracking number.

To return a shipped item, please follow these steps.
Contact us at inquiries@kimkhap.com. Request a return and indicate the reason. After confirmation with our store, we will send you a return label that you are able to print out through email. Include the packing slip and all original documents into the package, and ship to your nearest shipment center. All returns will be inspected before we can process a refund. We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return.
Kim Khap is not responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
