Our Warranty

Kim Khap Gems & Jewelry warranties its jewelry products against defects in material & workmanship.
In the event that the jewelry is found to be defective, we reserve the right to examine it to determine the cause of damage & have the option of repairing or exchanging the jewelry.
Damage above & beyond that from normal wear shall void this warranty. This damage may be caused by physical abuse of the product & exposure to damaging chemicals. Any modifications may also void this warranty. This warranty excludes prongs, synthetic or genuine gemstones.
